When Sugar Meets Santan

Slowly stir to melt 250g Sugar in pot until brown
Slowly add in 300g fresh Cocunut Milk to the sugar-pot
Mix 8-eggs with 250g Sugar and stir well
Slowly sift in 200g Flour + 1 tbs Soda Powder + 1tbs Baking Powder using sifter
Slowly add in 300g fresh Cocunut Milk

Add melted sugar into egg+flour mixture
Bring mixture into a round deep pan
Steam cake for 45 minutes.

原来马来糕是那么的高糖!- 后知后觉
原来简单的椰浆和白糖结合后,就是那经典的香甜。
还有一点点的缺陷美~
