Mint Hazelnut Truffle.

~My 1st Mooncake bite for 2011~
F.O.C - a friday surprise by 小蝶。
Refreshing mint glutinous pastry skin.
Fine hazelnut lotus paste.
Delightful caramel filling with chocolate marshmallow truffle.
